The Tsakos family’s private shipping arm is continuing to shake out aframaxes that are more than 15 years old, selling its second vintage vessel in a matter of weeks.
Managers at Tsakos Shipping & Trading confirmed the 107,200-dwt Olympia I (built 1999) was delivered to a buyer last week. It was the oldest tanker in the group’s sizeable crude carrier fleet.
