Leonhardt & Blumberg has merged its ship management operations with Buss Shipping in a move which continues the consolidation trend in German shipping.
The two Hamburg-based companies have joined forces to create an enlarged platform with 55 ships.
To be christened Leonhardt & Blumberg Shipmanagement, the new joint venture will focus on the container feeder segment.
Torben Kolln from Buss Shipping and Christian Rychly with Mathias Gaethje from Leonhardt & Blumberg will serve on the management board.
