Keppel Corp has appointed US investment bank Evercore to act as its independent financial advisor (IFA) to the partial offering by Temasek Holdings.
Last October, the state-backed investor offered to buy an additional 30.6% stake in the listed conglomerate at a 26% premium to its share price.
