A Turkish-controlled general cargoship has suffered a ban after its third port state control detention in the last three years.

The 1,500-dwt Diamant (built 1985) is barred for three months at ports under the Paris MOU on Port State Control.

The vessel was held on 2 November at the port of Rhodes in Greece for four days with seven deficiencies.
