Gourdomichalis brothers’ company Blue Wall Shipping has sold its second bulker in as many months, shaking off the oldest tonnage in its eight-ship fleet.
London-based brokers report that the company has sold the 52,500-dwt Defiant (built 2001) for $6.25m.
Contacted by TradeWinds, an official at Blue Wall said the company declined to comment on third-party reports.
The manager also declined to comment on whether the company owns the Shin Kurushima-built ship, as online shipping directories suggest.
