Atlantic Navigation is one of few offshore players to have ordered newbuildings recently, but chief executive Bill Wong says that was aimed at giving the outfit a leg up.
The Sharjah-based, Singapore-listed offshore player ordered a series of seven maintenance and anchor handling tug supply vessels in China back in July against a 10-vessel contract it obtained from Saudi Aramco.
