OSVs' key market suffers minor hit with loss of just two rigs

The net loss of two working rigs in February just barely ended two consecutive months of rises in the global roster of the key employers of offshore support vessels.

The world net decline of 0.93% was so small that it works out to an overall stable market for OSVs, although shipowners plying the Asian Pacific suffered the largest regional setback by far with the loss of 12 working rigs.
