Hayfin Capital Management and Breakwater Capital are uniting the anchor-handler (AHTS) fleets of German KGs United Offshore Support (UOS) and Hartmann Offshore.
UOS will be the surviving entity to oversee commercial and technical management of 13 AHTS units, UOS said.
The two funds own the ships following a deal with the Hartmann group last year and have now helped UOS buy out Hartmann's management of the vessels.
