Workers might be back on the job at the Port of Baltimore, but management alleges things have slowed down considerably.

In papers filed Thursday in Maryland federal court, the Steamship Trade Association (STA) of Baltimore says workers are taking at least 30 minutes longer than usual to service trucks at the port's Seagrit Marine Terminal, pushing customers to look elsewhere.
