Solstad Offshore's Farstad Shipping has sold another older OSV as its restructuring continues.
The Oslo-listed company said the 3,100-dwt platform supply vessel (PSV) Lady Melinda (built 2003) has gone to an unnamed owner this week.
It gave no further details.
VesselsValue assesses the ship as worth $1.19m.
Its data shows the new owner is Vega Consult of Kristiansand, Norway.
The unit has been re-named Linda and appears to be the company's only vessel.
AIS data shows it heading from Singapore to Australia.
The sale will result in a negligible accounting effect for the second quarter, Solstad said.
