Dof Subsea has won a firm five-year contract for a multipurpose platform supply vessel (PSV) in Australia.
Shell has signed a deal that could keep an unnamed vessel busy for nine years in total, through two two-year options.
The ship will support the west-coast Prelude FLNG unit, the largest floating facility ever built.
The inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) deal also includes options to provide other ships.
