It may at first blush seem a bit confusing that an executive from Rhode Island-based Pangaea Logistics Solutions appeared on a recent freight-market panel at the annual Association of Ship Brokers & Agents cargo conference in Miami Beach to talk about wind.
Pangaea is after all mostly known as a niche market player in the dry cargo market, with a particular specialty in ice-class bulkers engaged in the Arctic trade.
