John Fredriksen’s private Seatankers group looks to be making a big profit on two offshore resales in China.

Switzerland-headquartered contractor Allseas has announced a deal to acquire two offshore construction vessels (OCVs) at Wuchang Shipbuilding due in September and December 2026.
