Turkish group Karadeniz has confirmed it is buying a platform supply vessel (PSV) from the fleet of Greece's bankrupt Toisa.
Its Karpowership Americas had been linked by brokers to an auction purchase of the 5,300-dwt Toisa Serenade (built 2008) at $750,000.
A previously reported sale of the vessel to China Sunrise had been put at $3.5m.
