Rawabi Vallianz Offshore Services (RVOS) has acquired two anchor handling tug supply vessels first ordered by Swissco Holdings at China’s Xin Yue Feng Shipyard.
The Al Khobar-based company has paid an undisclosed sum for the 6,350-bhp Swissco Peridot (built 2020) and Hull No 128, an identical newbuilding due for completion in the forthcoming months. RVOS is a joint venture between Saudi Arabia’s Rawabi Holding and Singapore’s Vallianz Holdings.
