Viking Cruises is hunting for partners in an bold attempt to launch a brand new supply chain for liquid hydrogen (LH2) for a zero-emissions cruiseship.
The Basel-headquartered company's ambition is to develop a new-generation cruiseship powered by hydrogen fuel cells. The plans were announced at the end of September.
The pioneering project comes from the Torstein Hagen-controlled company whose fleet has grown dramatically in just a few years.
