Belgium's CLdN Ro-Ro will this month launch a direct service between the Netherlands and Ireland with newly delivered tonnage.

Vessels will begin operating on the direct service between Rotterdam and Dublin as of 26 February, the shortsea ro-ro operator said on Thursday.

The change will increase services from three to four per week in each direction.

The company said ro-ro vessels will be utilised on three of the weekly sailings, plus one lo-lo vessel per week, but did not reveal specifics.
