The continuing gender pay gap in UK shipping has led to disbelief among diversity, equity and inclusion experts in the maritime sector.
The comments came after Spinnaker’s recent findings revealed that the pay discrepancy between male and female employees in the UK maritime sector was still over twice the national average.
