The US-based Liberian Registry has opened its fifth full-service office since 2019, this time in Oslo.
Hege Solstad has been appointed the location's general manager. She was previously Wilhelmsen Ships Service's regional director in Norway, Black Sea region, Dubai, Singapore and southeast Asia, according to the register's manager, the Liberian International Ship & Corporate Registry.
