One crewman has died and another was injured in a fire that broke out on a Navibulgar bulker at Varna Shipyard in Bulgaria.
The News website reported that the blaze occurred during repair works on the 41,000-dwt Balgarka (built 2004).
The vessel had been at the yard since 19 October.
Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated, the report said.
