German KG house Salamon has sold one of its vessels to a new Norwegian venture.
The 73,000-dwt Cape Texel (built 2009) has gone to a Norwegian A/S company set up by Clarksons with Norwegian and international investors.
Subjects are lifted on the deal, which some price at $12.5m.
Christian Salamon did not reply to requests for comments.
