Dublin-based Irish Continental Group (ICG) has clinched a deal to sell a veteran ro-pax to MSC.

It has struck a bareboat hire purchase agreement for the 31,900-gt Oscar Wilde (built 1987), it said.

ICG, which operates Irish Ferries, will bank EUR 28.9m ($32.7m) from the sale, payable in instalments over six years up to 2025.
