The assets of Ukraine's Mykolaiv Shipyard Okean have been sold at auction for just UAH 122.19m ($4.3m).

The Unian news agency said the buyer was Annona Trading House, according to liquidator Iryna Serbin.

The starting price was UAH 1.8bn, but after several failed auctions, this dropped to UAH 1.16bn.

The yard built more than 400 ships since it was founded in 1951.
