Japan's Ishizaki Kisen has opted for a domestic yard to renew its ferry fleet.
Brokers said it has ordered two 300-passenger ro-paxes at Naikai Zosen Setoda.
Both will be delivered in January 2021.
No price was given for the order.
The owner has five ferries built in the 1980s and 1990s.
