Norwegian shipbuilder Havyard Group is buying a ballast water treatment systems (BWTS) company.
It is acquiring a 77% stake in MMC Green Technology from First Process Holding.
The transactions is part of Havyard's sale of its 75% holding in MMC First Process to First Process and Credo Partners.
The Havyard company provides handling and cooling solutions for fishing vessels and live-fish carriers.
