DIV Group, company that owns Croatian shipbuilder Brodosplit, is taking over rival Kleven Verft of Norway.
The employees of the Ulsteinvik-based shipbuilder were briefed on the transaction Monday morning.
The sales process has been underway for months and other candidates have also been into the process, according to the Norwegian daily Finansavisen.
