Pantheon Tankers Management of Greece is in talks with Samsung Heavy Industries for two 158,000-dwt crude oil tanker newbuildings, according to shipbuilding sources.
TradeWinds is told that the owner plans to order conventional tankers and will not be installing scrubbers. The deal does not include any options.
