Seaspan Shipyards has appointed a new top bean counter.
The Mark Lamarre-led yard has brought on James Clarke, a senior finance professional with 15 years of accounting experience, as its new chief financial officer.
He joins Seaspan from the Houston, Texas, office of SNC Lavalin, where he was the chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance for the oil and gas division with operations in the Americas, Middle East and Australia.
