Expanding Thai owner AMA Marine has added another tanker to its fleet in a deal with Team Tankers.
It paid $8.7m from working capital for the 13,200-dwt Team Houston (built 2008), it said on Thursday.
The ship will be delivered on 23 January.
AMA now has 11 tankers totalling 96,200 dwt.
It said the new addition has 20 years of life remaining.
