Danish fuel and tanker group Monjasa is starting a training scheme for graduates interested in the bunker sector.
The Monjasa Oil & Shipping Trainee (MOST) programme runs over two years in Panama, Dubai, Singapore and Denmark.
It combines hands-on experience and thorough industry knowledge, the company said.
Monjasa is recruiting now for a course starting in April.
It features rotation periods at the Danish Shipping Academy.
