The Alafouzos family of Greece is looking to take a $1bn eco-tanker fleet public with a listing in Oslo.
It has been targeting between $100m and $150m from a private placement for a company called Okeanis Eco Tankers with a view to floating on the junior Merkur Market.
Okeanis has a fleet of three aframaxes and three suezmaxes on the water, four of which have time charters in place.
