Hans Feringa has been awarded a new four-year contract as CEO of Oslo-listed Team Tankers International, with a new share option deal attached.
The company said Feringa will stay on until 31 August, 2022.
It has also awarded him options for shares worth NOK 52.39m ($6.26m) at the current NOK 8.60 price in Oslo.
These consist of options to buy 4.5m
