International Seaways believes good times are on the way for the tanker market.
Chief executive Lois Zabrocky said tanker rates have shot up considerably in the past few weeks weeks and lower oil prices should boost demand, which will be positive for the tanker segment look up for 2019.
"The macro environment in the tanker sector is looking more favorable for 2019," Zabrocky said on during the company's investor and analyst day.
