Japanese trading giant Mitsubishi Corp has moved to formalize the closure of its Singapore-based tanker owning operation.
Diamond Tankers Pte has filed for voluntary liquidation, according to a legal notice published in a local newspaper.
“Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the company…it was resolved that the company would be wound up voluntary,” the notice said.
