Nearly 40 tankers are reported to be parked off various Mexican ports as the country looks to crack down on major fuel thefts, a Hong Kong-based consultancy has warned.
The ships have been delayed at the Pajaritos, Tuxpan and Madero ports on the Gulf of Mexico, and the Manzanillo port on the Pacific coast.
