Moundreas family company NGM Energy is disposing of a 21-year-old suezmax at a firm price.
The 159,200-dwt La Mer (built 1998) is being sold to unidentified buyers for $11.1m, Greek brokers reported earlier this week.
NGM Energy declined to comment.
The sale price is not far below the $14.5m
