Panama Canal Authority (ACP) has postponed a further reduction in maximum draft levels for vessels.
A sixth cut this year was due to enter into force on 28 May due to falling water levels after a severe drought in the region.
But recent rains have prompted a rethink, with the reduction to 13.11
