Greek shipowner Stealth Maritime has concluded time charters for up to two years for a pair of aframax tankers.
Chief executive Lambros Babilis confirmed the charters, though he declined to disclose the charterer or rates on the deals.
Brokers said the Vafias family-backed company fixed the 112,000-dwt Chrysalis and the Gstaad Grace (both built 2010) to trader Trafigura for one year at $22,500 per day each, with an option for one more year at $27,500 per day.
