Six people have been charged in Taiwan with using false customs declarations to export fuel oil to vessels including North Korean ships.
Three of the six are owners of petrochemical or shipping companies who allegedly colluded with a Chinese national to use a tanker to deliver the oil via ship to ship (STS) transfers, according to the Taichung district prosecutors office.
