Night-time loading of aframax tankers is being planned as Canada’s Suncor seeks to move more cargoes out of the Vancouver TMX pipeline terminal.
The pipeline extension was opened last year, immediately boosting aframax business from the country’s west coast.
The plans also include dredging work under the Narrows Bridge in British Columbia to boost throughput.
