Two China State Shipbuilding Corp (CSSC) shipyards have bagged deals for three newbuildings worth about $200m in total.

Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co (DSIC) has struck a deal with a domestic owner for two aframax tankers, while Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding (SWS) has secured an order for an LNG dual-fuel capesize bulk carrier from a Japanese company.

DSIC confirmed that China Merchants Energy Shipping (CMES) has ordered two 115,000-dwt aframaxes, lifting its order tally there to three.
