Sanctioned tankers are finding new discharge terminals for their Russian and Iranian oil cargoes in China.
Trading information and shipping data has revealed that berths in Dongying, Huizhou and Huangzeshan are willing to handle blacklisted vessels.
Exporters have been seeking alternative ports since Shandong Port Group indicated it would not berth US-sanctioned ships in January.
