Dutch tanker owner VT Group has agreed to acquire the tanker business of Spain's Boluda Corporacion Maritima.
The deal will see VT Group expand its footprint into Spain, Gibraltar, Morocco, the Canary Islands and Trinidad & Tobago.
It also expands its operation in Panama, where it has been active for the past 11 years, with the addition of Boluda’s operations in Balboa and Cristobal.
