The chief executives of two of Maersk Tankers’ biggest competitors have come out in support of the Danish owner caught up in the migrant crisis in the Mediterranean.
Hafnia chief executive Mikael Skov and Stena Bulk counterpart Erik Hanell took to social media to praise the actions of the crew of the 36,900-dwt Maersk Etienne (built 2014).
“Hafnia supports you 100%," Skov said in a posting on LinkedIn.
