Italy’s Marnavi has added to its Chinese orderbook following its first newbuilding deal there in seven years.
Brokers reported the Naples-based owner declaring an option for a third 13,000-dwt chemical tanker at Zhoushan Dashenzhou Shipbuilding.
The stainless steel vessel will be delivered in the second half of 2027.
