Two major ports in the US state of Florida are open after Hurricane Irma blew through the state last weekend.
To the relief of the state's gas-strapped citizens, more than a dozen handysize tankers will be making call in Florida through the week.
Irma drove up Florida's retail petrol prices by 16% in one week. in The state's governor, Rick Scott, asked that tankers receive military escorts to get to port quickly.
"Florida is largely dependent on marine movements from refineries of the US Gulf Coast," the US Energy Information Administration said.
