Key questions still require answers as shipping grapples with small print of port fee measures

The Office of the US Trade Representative may have clarified some of its measures surrounding extra port fees targeting Chinese shipping, but some fuzzy terminology remains, experts believe.

Law firm Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) said some uncertainties have been cleared up, but there are still “significant questions” to be answered by the agency led by US trade representative Jamieson Greer.
