AP Moller-Maersk says it is continuing to cooperate with Brazilian authorities after two former executives were charged by prosecutors with corruption in dealings with state energy giant Petrobras.

Viggo Andersen and Wanderley Gandra have been charged in the latest wrinkle in the mammoth Operation Car Wash probe for their dealings with Petrobras between 2006 and 2014.

Prosecutors said Andersen would inflate contract prices with Petrobras and pass money to commercial representative Gandra, who in turn funnelled some of the funds to former top Petrobras executive Paulo Roberto Costa.
