Mitsui OSK Lines is expanding its non-shipping business by acquiring a Dutch company that stores and handles bulk liquids, such as petrochemicals, petroleum products, and base oil products in Europe and the US.
The shipping giant announced it has acquired Rotterdam-based LBC Tank Terminals Group Holdings.
MOL described LBC as one of the largest global independent tank terminal companies primarily engaged in handling and storing chemicals.
