Athens-based tanker and bulker operator Heidmar is hoping to seal its US public listing next week.
The shipping pool operator and commercial manager, led and controlled by Pankaj Khanna, is aiming to combine with Nasdaq-listed MGO Global.
The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) declared the new company’s registration statement effective on 4 February.
